Bostik Powermix is a high-grade, specially modified acrylic polymer designed to be mixed with Portland Cement to create a flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane.

Note: While you asked for a “without fiber” variant, Bostik’s standard Powermix formulation is natively fiber-reinforced to bridge hairline cracks and handle concrete movements. A standard 4-liter gallon container roughly equals 4 kilograms of liquid polymer.
